Effective August 1, 2019

→ All Appointments Must Be Booked Online. If Booking in Person a 50% Deposit is Required at time of Booking. “Fills” that need to be done from another Lash Artist’s work are on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly before booking an appointment online. 

→ Deposits are Required for ALL Services.

→ No Refunds on Services or Opened Products. No exceptions.

→ Cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment. Your Deposit will be applied towards a Late Cancel Fee after this time.

→ 3 Cancellations within a 30 Day period will result in a $25 fee that will be required to be paid prior to booking another appointment.

→ SAME DAY BOOKING: If you book an appointment on the same day as your appointment a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. If you cancel prior to your appointment or do not show up for your appointment you are not entitled to a refund. No exceptions.

→ No Show is considered late arrival to your appointment. Your Deposit will be applied towards a No Show Fee after this time and a new appointment will need to be booked online.

We realize your time is very important and would never rush through any services to accommodate you being late.

→ Due to Animal Allergies and Sanitation - No Animals Allowed. No Exceptions.

→ Due to safety and the nature of the service it is best children not be present.  Please make arrangements for childcare prior to your appointment. Service will not be performed if children are present. At this time you will be charged a 50% Fee and will need to reschedule your appointment online or in person.
