REPRESENTATIVE BENEFITS

As a REP for Exquisite Esthetics you will…

-Be an Exquisite REP for 3 Months-

-Be given exclusive eyelash extension service discounts and services-

-Receive promotional Exquisite Esthetics Brand merchandise-

-Be asked to test new lash products-

-Appear in social media posts and email marketing-

REP REQUIREMENTS

To receive the benefits listed above. All REPS must uphold and fulfill their representative duties. Those duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining...

-An attitude of excitement about Exquisite Esthetics, the products, the brand, and the team-

-An exclusive relationship with Exquisite Esthetics and our products--you may not post about or represent any other lash company while you are an Exquisite Rep-

-A professional image and reputation, in person and online-

-Active and updated social media profiles, including but not limited to, Instagram, and Facebook-

-A flexible schedule that allows you to come in for promotional pics and lash services.

-A consistent schedule of posting lash related material at least 3-5 times a week on social media and using the hashtag #exquisiteesthetics 

-A positive voice for Exquisite Esthetics, encouraging others about the maintenance and post care of eyelash extensions.

-Must reapply after your 3 month period is over if you’d like to continue as an Exquisite REP. 2 times max per 12 month period.

 

We believe in open communication and honesty at all times and expect a prompt response when we see an issue that needs to be addressed. We value our Exquisite Representatives and want them to feel at home in the Exquisite Esthetics Family. As part of the family, you can expect the support and feedback from us as well. Exquisite REPS are chosen on a quarterly basis: January 15th, April 15th, July 15th, October 15th.  We reserve the right to make changes to this program as so needed at any time without notice.
