Service Description

NEW CLIENTS ONLY: A lash correction is when a professional lash artist needs to correct the undesirable results of a previous lash application, done either at home or by a different lash artist. This service is discounted from the New Set price in the event the extensions need to be completely removed and a New Set applied. You must have eyelash extensions of 30% or more from a previous lash artist's work at time of appointment for this service to be considered a Lash Correction. A single lash extension is applied to your natural lash. This is for a 45-60 minute Fill service of Classic Eyelash Extensions for NEW LASH CLIENTS ONLY. This FILL service is available no more than 14-28 DAYS MAX AFTER PREVIOUS LASH APPLICATION and MUST HAVE 30% or more of your eyelash extensions on at time of appointment. → EYELASH EXTENSION APPOINTMENTS: DO NOT USE Mascara or Products Containing Oil: this includes castor and coconut oil on or around the eye area 72 hrs before your lash appointment as this prevents the lash adhesive from adhering. Cancelation Policy

Effective May 1, 2020 -  LASH SERVICE POLICIES:(Please read additional policies on booking site.) → Cancellations must be done 24 hours before your appointment. You will not receive your deposit back after this time. → 3 Cancellations within a 30 Day period will result in a $25 fee that will be required to be paid prior to booking another appointment. → I understand that engaging in friendly conversation as a client does not exclude me from Feather's policies nor does being a personal friend or family member. → SAME DAY ONLINE BOOKING: If you book an appointment on the same day as your appointment a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. If you cancel prior to your appointment time or do not show up for your appointment you will not be refunded the 50% deposit. No exceptions.
